Help Center1. To request a certificate click on 'Proof of coverage' in the home tab.
2. On 'Select request type' you can change the type of request you need. 
Certificate of insurance, proof of insurance, Waiver of subrogation, or other lines of insurance.
3. Be sure to fill out all the required fields on the form, which include crucial details for issuing the certificate. Once done, Accept the acknowledgment and tap on 'Submit' to complete the request.
