Once you have been approved for our program, you will want to go to the employee onboarding section.

What is employee onboarding?

It is an important part of the process of integrating a new employee into your company.

With OCMI, you will need to access the resources tab and select employee onboarding in order to start integrating your employees to the program.

Under the section of “Company information”, you will need to input your company’s information in order for us to find your company’s file within our database.

Once you have submitted your company’s information under the section of “Employee Onboarding”, you will be required to enter your employees information that will be covered through our program.

Whenever you need to add more employees to your program, you may find the button at the bottom of the page labeled as “Add New Employee”. This function could be accessed at any time throughout the life of your program.
